In today’s video, I talk about how much support you should be getting from your sponsor.
As I explain in the video, it’s good to have some support, but it’s good to be a self-starter.
Enjoy the video.
If you are interested in increasing your productivity, see this video I did recently on how much you should be doing in a day.
Hope you get lots of value and also feel free to check it out on YouTube here as well.

Welcome to another episode of driving with Nick Pratt.
In this video, I want to be talking about how much support you should be getting from your sponsor in your Network Marketing, MLM or Top Tier Business.
This is an interesting point to cover.
People will say all the time that their sponsor doesn’t do this for them, they never hear from them, that they can’t get a hold of them and one question you might have is “how much support should you get from your sponsor?”
I’ve got some interesting views on this that have developed.
I will explain he situation.
Yes, I do give a lot of support to people who join through me. This takes the form of team training bonuses, but what I have started to do recently is I show people exactly where I buy traffic from. Then, I put them in touch with those kinds of sources and they can use the same traffic sources and get the same kind of lead quality.
Yes, I do give a lot of support.
But, if you have got a bad sponsor for any reason, that should absolutely be no reason for you to not succeed.
The businesses I have been in in the past, some of them I didn’t get much support from my sponsor, but I haven’t really wanted too much support either.
There is so much training out there in the industry that you don’t really need a great sponsor. There is so much free value out there from myself and other leaders that if you don’t have a great sponsor, it’s really not the end of the world.
There are other ways of figuring things out.
Of course it helps to have a good sponsor for some people. At the moment, I am part of a specific program, I am a top earner with other programs, and I’ve joined a new program recently and I am already getting fantastic results with that.
I’ve got a sponsor who I am friends with, I know him well, and he does provide a lot of support. But because I am a self-starter, and because I am a good marketer, I don’t necessarily have to lean on him for support.
What I will say is, whatever opportunity you’re going into, do try to be a self-starter. It just helps. You don’t really want to be too dependent on anyway.
There is an abundance of training in the niche where you can get the support, and I would say that for your own team members, it’s a good idea to be a good sponsor because it’s a lot more rewarding like that.
If you’re in the situation where you haven’t got the ideal sponsor, don’t worry too much about it.
Obviously, I do give a lot of support to my team, I do share where I get my traffic from, and if you do want a good sponsor or you want something that works and you want some mentoring, you can join me if you go to nickpratt.tv/system.
See if it’s a fit for you.
The moral of this video is, it does help if you’re a self-starter in this industry, because that makes you into a better leader.
