Hi guys, it’s Nick Pratt here, welcome to another episode of Nick Pratt TV, and in this episode, I am going to answer the question of whether you should be attending home business company events in Network Marketing, MLM or in your business opportunity. Should you attend these events and what are the benefits of them?
This is actually an interesting episode. I don’t usually hold the microphone in most episodes, but I thought I would give it a try because I see so many other people doing it.
I am actually doing this video because I have been doing a lot of travelling in the last few weeks. I had a company event in Fiji, which was a big mastermind event, and I actually received some great recognition at that event along with giving some impromptu training on stage. As soon as I got back from Fiji, I then travelled to London to give training at a 3-day London event. In this 3-day event, there were lots of people coming in from around the UK and Europe to learn how to boost their earning within my top tier business opportunity.
I want to talk about some of the benefits I’ve got from going to these events.
First of all, going to Fiji and London, I met a ton of new people. New friends within my business opportunity, and we will keep in touch, we’ve already done that – we are chatting on Facebook. That’s one of the great things.
The other thing is it allowed me to catch up with people within my own opportunity who I hadn’t seen in a while.
One of the other benefits, and what I always tell people, is it’s about having accountability partners. I would say at each event I have gained an accountability partner, which is someone to keep in touch with on new projects. This is really important.
When you turn up to one of these events, could be your network marketing, your MLM, your top tier or direct sales, you’re getting away from your desk and computer screen. It will fire you up and get you excited, and it will also give you some great strategies for moving your business forward.
I gave training on stage in London, so I gave a lot of valuable stuff, but I also gained a lot of valuable information from the other speakers. I was writing a lot of notes.
I recommend you get to company events if you’re able to, because it keeps the momentum going in your business. I have always personally gone to as many company events as I am able, within reason. You want to have time to spend on your business too, but you want to make sure every 3-4 months, you’re getting to an event.
It’s the chance to mastermind, it will get you fuelled up. Absolutely get to those events.
